That means guaranteed speed in both directions (upload and download), lower and more predictable latency, and the option of static IP addresses. DIA is the standard solution for companies with business-critical cloud applications, VoIP telephony or servers that must be reachable from outside.
What happens when the connection goes down?
For clients with redundant links, traffic switches automatically to the backup route. We monitor the connection continuously, so an outage or drop in quality is often noticed before you report it. When you do report an incident, you speak directly to a network engineer who begins diagnostics immediately — with no escalation through multiple support tiers. For clients under contract, on-call cover runs 24/7.
How does IT 011 approach connecting a business site?
We start from the site, the capacity required and the demands of the business — on that basis we check what is technically feasible and prepare a solution. If you are connecting several premises, we join offices, data centers and remote sites into a single network, and the on-site network itself we can also design and implement. For construction sites and temporary offices we also provide project links.
Is business internet the same as residential fiber internet?
