When you complete the contact form on the site, we collect the data you enter yourself: full name, company name (optional), email address, telephone number (optional), the subject of the enquiry and the content of the message.
We currently use no traffic analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) and no cookies that track user behaviour. The site uses Google Fonts to render typography and Google Maps to show the location on the contact page — in the course of their operation, these services may process a visitor's IP address in accordance with their own privacy policies (Google).
4. Purpose of processing
We use the data you enter through the contact form solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, or continue the conversation about possible business cooperation. We do not use it for marketing purposes without your prior consent.
5. Legal basis for processing
Processing is based on your consent, given when you submit the contact form, and, where applicable, on steps taken prior to entering into a contract — in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Serbia.
6. Data retention
Data from the contact form is kept for a maximum of 12 months from the last contact, if no business cooperation follows.
If cooperation does follow, data relating to the contract and invoicing is retained in accordance with the statutory retention periods for business records (the Accounting Act of the Republic of Serbia).

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. Data may be accessible to the service providers we use to operate the site (for example hosting, Google Fonts, Google Maps), strictly to the extent necessary to provide those services.
