We design and implement network, server and security infrastructure for business clients — from an assessment of the current environment through to system go-live.
IT 011 designs and implements business IT infrastructure — network, server and security. Every project begins with an assessment of the existing environment and business processes, and the solution is chosen to fit the client's needs rather than a vendor catalogue. Once the system is live, IT 011 can also take over its ongoing maintenance.
We design and implement networks that connect users, sites and services — switching, routing, Wi-Fi coverage and VPN links. Capacity is planned around the number of users, the applications they run and growth plans. For the internet connection itself and multi-site connectivity, there is business internet.
We design the server environment — physical and virtual servers, storage, and virtualization on the Hyper-V or VMware platform. The solution is chosen according to the workload and the requirements of the applications the system has to carry.
Security is part of the design, not a layer added afterwards. The architecture includes firewall, endpoint protection and multi-factor authentication. With the project we also provide security recommendations for running the system going forward.

The assessment establishes what is already in place and where the limits are; we then design the solution and plan capacity. Equipment is selected to fit the requirement, the system is connected, installed and configured, and handed over ready for use.
We select technology according to system requirements and long-term sustainability, not according to a single vendor.
Infrastructure we have designed and implemented can also be maintained by IT 011 under a contracted IT support agreement.
When a solution requires new equipment, procurement and delivery are handled by us.
