- Audit and project planning: Comprehensive equipment inventory, network connection mapping and detailed migration scheduling, including weekend or after-hours execution where required.
- Server and core network decommissioning: Orderly shutdown, de-racking and protective packing of server cabinets, servers, switches, routers, firewalls and storage systems.
- Fleet computer relocation: Systematic tagging, protective packing and secure transport of desktop workstations, laptops, monitors and peripherals, desk by desk.
- Reinstallation at the target facility: Rack mounting in the new server room, cabling according to plan, power connectivity and deployment of workstations to designated desks.
- System commissioning and validation: Network, server, internet connectivity and workstation testing before the start of business.
